  I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a store. Unfortunately without proper management, employees are free to treat customers as poorly as they like. Absolutely shameful. Then when I tried to call later no one even answered the phone.

  Just went to do my registry at the William Sonoma in Mayfair mall. Austin was amazing and had extensive knowledge on their knive sets. Best customer service! I would highly recommend shopping at this location.

  Not just poor customer service...terrible! Today, a manager and an employee hid behind a display and mocked me while I waited by the cash register for at least one of them to acknowledge me. All I had was a simple question, and neither of them could take the time to ask what I needed. I will not be coming back.
