  LIFE TIME WARRANTY, which even includes stains I make, means the back up their product. How often do u purchase a product that gives u that? Each recliner is individually hand made, that is why u have 2 wait a few weeks after purchasing. The sales associate, Melanie Ibrra, honored sale price a day after it expired. I had been looking 4 a recliner 4 awhile & could not even compare the quality 4 the price I paid. Melanie was so helpful & absolutely no pressure. Printed a Christmas gift card, w/picture, 2 wrap since delivery would arrive after Christmas. Showed me features of recliner. Didn't even realize u could adjust tension of recliner 2 fit your size & weight. If I could afford it I would have bought a sofa & love seat 2 match. My still do.
