  I usually recommend customers to visit the Apple Store if there are any issues that we cannot handle at our US Cellular Agent location, I will no longer be doing this. The Apple rep my customer set up an appointment with was completely incompetent: not only was he unable to distinguish if her phone was an iPhone 6 or an iPhone 7, but he told the customer that resetting her password to get her Apple ID working again (enabled) was something they couldn't help her with. What a joke.
